	<span style="font-size:20px;">近年來，雲南普洱市質監局充分發揮質量把關、安全保障、標準引領、技術支撐、促進和諧的職能作用，通過推進全國咖啡產業知名品牌示範區籌建、啓動申報普洱咖啡爲國家地理標誌保護產品、培育和創建名牌產品等工作，不斷幫扶助推該市咖啡產業健康發展。</span></p>

	<span style="font-size:20px;">記者瞭解到，普洱市質監局緊緊抓住全國知名品牌創建示範區創建機遇。2014年11月，質檢總局批准普洱市籌建&ldquo;全國咖啡產業知名品牌創建示範區&rdquo;，這是中國咖啡產業唯一的一個&ldquo;全國知名品牌創建示範區&rdquo;，示範區的創建將對提升普洱咖啡產業，打造&ldquo;中國咖啡之都&rdquo;具有重要意義。目前，按照市人民政府印發的《全國咖啡產業知名品牌創建示範區籌建規劃》任務分工，認真抓好籌建工作落實，現已全面完成各項籌建任務。</span></p>
<p align="justify" style="margin: 0px 3px 15px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 30px; text-justify: distribute;">
	<span style="font-size:20px;">一是啓動普洱咖啡申報國家地理標誌保護產品工作。爲打造普洱咖啡的地域品牌，進一步提升普洱咖啡的質量、聲譽和品牌價值，真正把普洱的咖啡資源優勢轉化爲經濟優勢，去年6月，聯合市茶咖局向市人民政府上報了《關於將普洱咖啡申報爲國家地理標誌保護產品的請示》。市政府高度重視，專門成立了由分管質監工作的副市長擔任申報委員會主任，16個部門爲成員單位的普洱咖啡地理標誌產品保護申報委員會，出臺了《普洱咖啡申報國家地理標誌產品保護工作方案》。</span></p>

	<span style="font-size:20px;">二是協助思茅區開展國家有機產品認證創建示範區建設。2015年12月，國家認監委批准思茅區創建全國有機產品認證示範區。去年以來，邀請中國藥學科學院植物研究所的3位專家，到思茅區開展有機生產技術培訓，努力提高思茅區乃至普洱市的有機生產技術水平。截至去年底，該市獲得有機產品認證企業爲109戶，145個證書（其中有機認證證書67個，有機轉換證書78個），證書數在雲南省16個州（市）中排名第一，全國排名第6。其中咖啡類有7戶企業11個證書（其中有機認證9個，轉換認證2個）。</span></p>

	<span style="font-size:20px;">三是順利完成國家咖啡種植綜合標準化示範區建設。2013年6月，國家標準委批准普洱市建設國家咖啡種植綜合標準化示範區。2016年11月，由雲南宏基咖啡產業有限公司承擔建設的國家咖啡種植綜合標準化示範區項目，順利通過國家標準委考覈驗收。通過項目實施，建立起了集咖啡種植、生產管理、病蟲害防治、初加工工藝流程和倉儲條件等相互融合的咖啡社區管理綜合體系，制定了《小粒種咖啡生產技術規範》標準體系，提高了示範基地咖啡生豆質量，示範效果明顯。</span></p>

	<span style="font-size:20px;">四是加大名牌培育和創建力度。針對該市咖啡知名品牌極少的現狀，積極鼓勵企業整合資源，做大規模，集中力量打造國際國內知名品牌。近年來，質監部門一直積極培育和引導普洱咖啡生產企業參與雲南名牌產品、普洱名牌產品評價工作。截至目前，該市共有兩戶咖啡生產企業獲雲南名牌稱號，1戶咖啡生產企業獲普洱名牌稱號。</span></p>
