隨着年輕時尚一族的成長，“海歸”和境外旅行人數的大幅增長，咖啡文化在中國發展迅猛，咖啡館已成爲現代都市人聚會休閒的熱門地點。統計數據顯示,目前在中國咖啡消費量每年增速達到10%~15%,咖啡館數量則在過去5年內實現了翻番。日本、韓國咖啡人均年消費量已達300杯以上，而中國纔不到5杯，巨大的市場空間令咖啡行業從業者心動不已。</p>
<p>
近日，爲期3天的2014中國國際咖啡展在北京三元橋中國國際展覽中心落幕。該展覽由中展集團北京華港展覽有限公司與韓國EXPORUM公司聯合主辦。據瞭解，本屆咖啡展展出面積較上屆擴大了近1倍，觀衆人數達45872人。</p>
<p>
中國巨大的消費市場吸引了來自15個國家和地區的120餘家企業前來參展，基本覆蓋咖啡原豆進口、咖啡烘焙、連鎖加盟、培訓等全產業鏈，同時也囊括了茶、飲料、烘焙甜點以及冰激凌等咖啡店周邊產品。“中國對咖啡豆的需求量正呈上升趨勢，我們想把優質的咖啡豆帶給中國消費者。”一位美國展商告訴國際商報記者，他主要的業務是把從中美洲、南美洲採購的咖啡豆銷往中國。據他觀察，很多中國消費者對黑咖啡的興趣並不是很高，而更青睞拿鐵、摩卡這類加入奶製品的咖啡飲料，不過對精品咖啡豆感興趣的中國消費者也在慢慢增加。“新鮮的精品咖啡豆並沒有大家想象中的那麼貴。其實連鎖店賣的咖啡挺貴的，而且豆子質量並不高。”</p>
<p>
記者在展會現場看到，韓國展團聲勢浩大，人潮湧動，其中，咖啡陪你靈活的加盟投資模式吸引了不少觀衆前來諮詢。該展臺一位工作人員告訴記者，目前咖啡陪你在中國的門店數量有500多家，其中直營店60多家。記者注意到，咖啡陪你最新推出的加盟海報上打出了“受託合資運營模式，兩年收回投資”“50萬擁有咖啡店，17.8萬擁有自助咖啡吧”的標語，代言人也換成了在中國人氣居高不下的韓國藝人金秀賢。</p>
<p>
除了咖啡陪你、奧樂芭等連鎖加盟品牌外，果汁飲品、咖啡培訓學校等與咖啡相關的展臺也受到很多觀衆的關注。</p>
<p>
韓國食品飲料企業翔夏F&B今年剛進入中國市場，在上海設立了分公司。展臺負責人林廷和在接受本報記者採訪時表示，翔夏F&B既生產優質的濃縮果汁、果泥，也製造榨汁機、刨冰機等食品機械，在韓國主要服務於星巴克、咖啡陪你、巴黎貝甜、漢堡王等大型餐飲企業。“我們和來參展的其他企業一樣，對中國市場的前景非常看好，希望能爲中國的咖啡餐飲企業提供產品和服務。”</p>
<p>
DSBEAN是韓國崇實大學與天津外國語大學合作開辦的一家咖啡培訓機構，爲咖啡愛好者以及渴望從事咖啡師或者咖啡培訓師職業的人提供專業教育和培訓，通過學習和考試，學員可以獲得韓國崇實大學校長簽發的咖啡培訓師證書、歐洲精品咖啡協會資格證等認證。展臺工作人員告訴記者，該培訓機構設在天津外國語大學內，預計今年10月開課。</p>
<p>
面對韓國參展商的雄雄氣勢，北京豆叔咖啡烘焙工坊的創始人豆叔表示，“韓流”雖然勢不可當，但也不用迴避，因爲韓國咖啡消費市場的成熟度確實比中國高很多，“首爾街頭的咖啡館數量之多，可謂‘三步一崗，五步一哨”，韓國國內市場已趨飽和，所以他們的企業必須得開拓市場，政府也鼓勵企業‘走出去’。”</p>
<p>
在豆叔看來，近10年中國咖啡產業發展迅速，特別是在一、二線城市，門店數量、從業者人數、咖啡零售商數量都呈上升之勢。“國際咖啡展的觀衆人數也在增多，而且觀衆的鑑賞水平和專業程度都在提高。”豆叔說，中國的咖啡消費市場潛力很大，但目前真正的咖啡愛好者還是少數派，畢竟中國是個飲茶大國。</p>
