李星榮認爲，4月份引爆的“滯銷”風波只是一種假象。去年阿拉比卡咖啡期貨一路高漲，並在當年5月觸及35年來的價格高位。當時雲南當地阿拉比卡咖啡豆的收購價格曾一度躥升至41元/公斤的高價。但今年由於受到國際期貨市場影響，價格相比往年有明顯下滑。很多種植戶判斷，按照往年咖啡豆收購一般到6月底7月初才完成，市場價格先低後高的規律，今年的市場價格也同樣會上升。因此，咖農一直觀望惜售，從而形成了兩萬餘噸的市場庫存。</div>

“去年高峯期，三級咖啡豆價格都在30元/公斤左右，比現在的一級豆都要貴。”按李星榮的說法“今年一級豆的價格同比腰斬了一半，是因爲去年咖啡豆收購價格暴漲，而在今年的收購中發現部分咖農將二、三級豆加入一級豆中以次充好，從而影響了今年咖啡豆的總體質量和出口。”</div>

今年3月底，雀巢一紙停止收購通知書，徹底引爆了這次“滯銷”危機。“大量咖農排隊交貨，然而本土的咖啡企業規模有限，難以在一日內處理完，造成部分咖農排隊兩三天仍交不上貨，這也就給了外界咖啡豆滯銷的假象。”李星榮指出。</div>

市場對優質咖啡豆需求的高漲使“滯銷”的陰影迅速消散，讓雲南咖啡豆重新變成一塊香餑餑。據瞭解，繼今年2月與愛伲“聯姻”之後，國際咖啡連鎖巨頭星巴克“咖啡種植者支持中心”將於年底前投入運營，對雲南咖啡產業鏈再度延伸；而從去年開始高調在內地擴張的香港咖啡品牌太平洋（601099）咖啡也悄然將採購的觸手深入雲南。與此同時，後谷、愛伲等本土咖啡品牌也正在從出售咖啡初級產品快馬加鞭地向生產高附加值產品轉變。</div>

爲緩解咖農集中交咖啡豆的緊張局面，當地行業協會緊急號召本土企業聯手收購咖農手中的咖啡豆。“隨着咖農手上咖啡慢慢分流，這種‘滯銷’現象已基本解決。”李星榮稱，目前，雲南兩萬餘噸咖啡豆庫存基本上已消化完，最近兩週市面上已經基本沒有可供銷售的一級豆。截至目前，僅愛伲今年的採購量就已達6000噸，比去年翻了一番。</div>

去年出臺的《2010-2020雲南省咖啡產業發展規劃》顯示，到2015年，全省咖啡種植面積將達100萬畝，達產面積80萬畝，年產咖啡豆9.6萬噸；到2020年，全省咖啡種植面積穩定在150萬畝左右，年產咖啡豆20萬噸，實現總產值340億元以上。</div>

據瞭解，2011年雲南省咖啡豆產量爲5萬噸，今年產量約6萬噸，意味着未來3年，其仍將以每年同比增長1萬噸的速度在擴張。在這輪價格暴跌風波打擊之下，政府層面如此樂觀的擴產規劃是否仍能如願？上游咖農的種植信心是否會受到打壓？</div>

“目前愛伲95%的咖啡豆都是出口的，而且收購多少就出口多少。”李星榮表示，目前優質咖啡豆的市場需求依然供不應求，這是支撐原料種植擴產的最大動力。“一級豆的收購價相對處於合理的價位，咖農依然有利潤空間，並不會影響咖農的積極性。”李星榮表示。</div>

業內專家吳傑認爲：咖啡消費文化的興起以及咖啡連鎖經營企業的迅速發展給咖啡消費市場的增長提供了新的發展機會。2011年我國咖啡連鎖零售規模超過100億元，大量出現的咖啡館正成爲城市文明進步、經濟增長的亮點，帶動了咖啡消費量的增加，形成巨大消費潛在市場。“同樣根據《2010-2020雲南省咖啡產業發展規劃》數據，2009年國內咖啡消費量在6萬噸左右，佔世界消費量的0.7%，近三年增長率超過20%，傳統現磨咖啡增速達30%。預計到2015年國內咖啡消費量將達20萬噸，2020年達到50萬噸，成爲相當於日本的咖啡消費大國，高品質的咖啡將會是中國未來的消費主流。”吳傑頗有信心的說。</div>
