咖啡職人隋元堅，擁有日本GRN認證的咖啡烘焙執照，2年前，因母親年邁，需要人手照顧，回到高雄六龜定居，在侍奉母親之餘，隋元堅投入社區活動，尤其是將自己累積30多年的咖啡專業，結合農村體驗，創辦山城黑咖啡，除詳盡的咖啡知識解說，手感的咖啡豆烘焙、研磨及沖泡體驗，經常吸引許多遊客，來到這個山中祕境，感受一場緩慢的咖啡之旅。</div>

六龜中興社區曾理事長表示，隋元堅的咖啡，確實爲六龜的農村體驗增添了豐富性，也因爲這樣，帶動社區居民喝咖啡的風氣。</div>

隋元堅在日本輕井澤東原通商所經營的咖啡事業，仍然維持著，因爲這樣的日本背景，加上高雄一日農夫的成功經驗，如何將六龜這片好山好水，又有深厚文化底蘊的農村生活，推向更廣的國際舞臺，就成了這位咖啡達人在咖啡之外的工作重心。</div>

高雄市政府農業局參加東京國際旅展，隋元堅義不容辭地先行前往日本，爲高雄農村體驗活動，尋求合作對像，在四處奔走下，與日本旅行社達成合作共識，除旅展的行銷工作外，將於日後推出一系列高雄休閒農場及農業文化體驗遊程。</div>

農業局科長方啓峯表示，隱身六龜山城的隋元堅，出身軍人世家，努力打拼，不忘本的敦厚性格，爲了母親回到故鄉，憑著一身專業，爲故鄉奉獻心力。</div>

日前，隋元堅著手對六龜寶山所產的咖啡豆進行研究，配合茶葉的特性，已經開發出香氣迷人的複合式商品，近期內將在高雄物產館蓮潭旗艦店上架販售，並開設一系列的咖啡學堂。對咖啡的執著及品質的堅持，累積了遊客們的口碑，也成就這位咖啡職人的精彩人生。</div>
